Evaluation of Group-Based Family Income Improvement Program Using Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) Evaluation Model

<em>This study aims to determine the implementation of UPPKA program using CIPP evaluation model.</em> research was evaluative a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out observation, interviews, and documentation. analysis done by reducing data, presenting drawing conclusions. The triangulation used source method compare opinions interested parties on group-based family income increase in Pulang Pisau Regency, Central Kalimantan Province.</em> <em>The results showed that (1) context not good, because there no legal basis, namely Regent's Regulation even though training, suitability needs analysis, background objectives accordance with expected competencies; (2) input good organizers this case related agencies had yet matured planning, planning instructor/instructor competent masters material, members criteria procedures, facilities infrastructure supported; (3) process activity schedule uncertain, performance been maximized due constraints affect activities instructor optimal, </em><em>UPPKA still passive, thoroughly, both members, instructors/KB instructors organizers, where only instructors/extension workers work optimally. Product mastered administration management.</em>
